Francesca Alessandrino-Brooks is a co-founder of Altegra, our Licensee and Director with 35 years of experience in the property industry including residential, strata and commercial real estate.   

As well as overseeing business operations, Francesca specialises in human relations to develop and support the team at Altegra with added focus on the property management division.  

She works diligently to create a culture of encouragement, inclusion, growth and teamwork to empower staff in the continual development and refinement of our internal process to deliver a best-in-class service to our clients. 

When not at work, Francesca enjoys travelling, yoga, walking and the beach.  She loves to enjoy time with family and friends - dining out, catching a live jazz show, or retreating to Margaret River to unwind. Always up for a good time, Francesca is actively working through her ‘bucket list’ determined to live life to its fullest!
