Iluka Plaza
Iluka Plaza encompasses Altegra’s full scope of service, from the procurement and sale of land for this greenfield development, project pre-lease to ensure it’s viability, subsequent leasing and ongoing property management of the development.
With approximately 5,000m² of lettable space, the two-level mixed-use precinct incorporates childcare, healthcare, and commercial tenancies including IGA, Nido Early School, GP West Medical Centre, Pharmacy, The Iluka Tavern, Iluka Fitness 24/7, Physio and Dental.
Manning Hub
Altegra Property Group became involved in this project early on, helping secure the development with pre-leasing of key tenants. We continue to lease and manage the property on behalf of our client.
This three-level mixed use development with approximately 3,000m² of lettable area is home to tenants including Tall Tree Early Learning, Nova Medical Centre, Plus Fitness, Dental, Orthodontic, Podiatry, Neurological Physio and Audiology services.
